| Fate: | July 2018 -Final Stages of nut & bolt restoration including
> rebuilt / reconditioned gearbox using Austin A60 innards within original gearbox casing > replacement engine from a Wolseley 1500 > engine has been fully reconditioned, head & block. New everything. Bored out to +20 thou Odometer Mileage was 20k at start of project, Having traced most previous owners it is clear this is 120k miles Speedo replaced at 20,000 miles with new-old-stock speedo, which was re-set to 0 miles. Project completed July 2019. Just over 1,000 miles since purchaes, the vast majority in late 2018 and 2019. |
